The spa entrance at SPA FOR HJO always includes: Access to relax, aroma room, gym and pool, dry sauna, tea, coffee, water and snacks in the relaxation room, towel, bathrobe and slippers and Maria Åkerberg skin care products in shower and dressing room

Entrance 179KR/pers.  (Children 0-3 free, 4-12 50kr not included bathrobe, towel and slippers to come 50/kr per child)

Relaxation area with nature-inspired and peaceful environment with plenty of seating, pool at 33 degrees, aroma room and dry sauna you can enjoy many hours and get away from everyday life and stress.

Gym with a focus on design and function and a special gym for customers who do not like traditional gym. The gym has a good surface and a nature-inspired exercise environment.

Here, classic elements such as rippling water and nature meet with exciting design solutions that help to make the training inspiring for all the senses and add activity, movement and energy. The gym has free weights, cardiovascular equipment such as a bicycle and treadmills. Access to PT is available (must be pre-booked), a tool for the body to be challenged in a good, fun, varied and intense way with the help of weights, rubber bands and medicine balls.
