How long do we retain your information?
We clear our records of inactive guests and companies at least every 36 months unless we still need the information to fulfill our agreement with you or comply with legal obligations.
· For individuals, all information in paper format is destroyed no later than 24 hours after departure.
· Email addresses of those who have requested to join our newsletter and receive offers from us are stored until the person requests to be removed.
Who do we share your information with?
We take great care not to share our records with unauthorized parties. On occasions when we need to share your information with a supplier, hosting company, or authority, we ensure to the greatest extent possible that the data is transferred and handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.
