Take your first step toward becoming a certified diver with the PADI Open Water course – in the clear waters of Lake Vättern, Sweden.
In collaboration with Ahlins Dykcenter and Hotell Bellevue, this all-inclusive weekend package combines theory, pool dives, open water experience, full board meals, and lakeside accommodation in a safe and inspiring setting.

Whether you’re diving for fun or aiming for a future in diving, this is your chance to learn from experienced instructors at one of Sweden’s top dive sites.

✅ PADI Open Water Certification

– Learn the fundamentals of scuba diving with Niklas Ahlin, certified instructor from Ahlins Dykcenter
– Theory and practical sessions including safety, gear handling, and diving techniques
– 5 confined water training dives and 4 open water dives
– International PADI Open Water certificate – valid worldwide!

Thursday – Arrival & Introduction

• Welcome meeting at 6:00 PM

Friday – Theory & Pool Dives
• Breakfast buffet
• Theory lessons in the morning
• Lunch
• 3 confined water dives
• 2-course dinner

Saturday – Open Water Dives & Sauna
• Breakfast buffet
• 2 open water dives in the morning, 1 in the afternoon
• Lunch
• Sauna & cold bath by the lake
• 2-course dinner

Sunday – Final Dives & Certification
• Breakfast buffet
• 2 final open water dives
• Lunch
• Written test & certification
• Check-out by 11:30 AM

Requirements

• Ability to swim 200 meters and tread water for 10 minutes
• A health declaration must be filled in prior to the course (some conditions may require a doctor’s note)
