At Hotell Bellevue, we want your stay to offer space for both rest and movement. Whether you are here to unwind, explore Hjo, or keep active during your holiday, we provide several opportunities for wellbeing – both within the hotel and through close local partnerships.

Sauna – a moment of calm and recovery

Our sauna is located on the hotel’s lower ground floor and is a much-appreciated place for relaxation and recovery. For hotel guests, the sauna can be booked at the reception at least 15 minutes before the desired start time. When booked, the sauna is reserved exclusively for your private use for at least one hour, at no extra charge.

The sauna is just as enjoyable after a workout as it is after a long walk along Lake Vättern, a cold dip, or simply when you want to slow down and take a break from everyday life.

Guests who are not staying at the hotel are also welcome to book the sauna.
The price for external bookings is SEK 150 for one hour, for up to 6 people.
Bookings are made through the reception and subject to availability.

Gym – complimentary training through partnership

As a hotel guest at Hotell Bellevue, you have free access to a fully equipped gym through our partnership with Livingroom. The gym is located very close to the hotel and offers modern facilities for both cardio and strength training.

Gym access cards are collected at the reception at no extra cost. The gym is open 24/7, and each entry is easily registered using the card.

Yoga – movement focused on balance and wellbeing

If you prefer a gentler and more mindful form of exercise, you are welcome to join yoga classes held in the yoga and training studio Djupet. The sessions are led by Tina Froh, founder of Ta Form.

Yoga classes are offered on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings and are designed to suit different levels. The sessions combine yoga postures with stretching, joint-stabilising movements, breathing techniques, relaxation, and connective tissue exercises that help improve circulation and reduce strain on the joints.
