Private bookings

Please note that some evenings, the front door locks at 20:00. If you plan to arrive later, please contact us by phone, 0503-120 00. Check-in takes place from 15.00 on the day of arrival and check-out takes place no later than 11.00.

Standard bookings

These reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival at the hotel(3pm). If canceled later, the first night will be charged.

Non-refundable

This reservation cannot be canceled or rebooked. 100% of the stay will be charged.

The payment has to be made via a link in the booking email to BG 616-6714 before arrival. Please enter the booking number as a reference when paying via BG.

Identification

All guests staying at the hotel must be at least 18 years old and be able to present a valid ID document and a valid payment card. Guests under the age of 18, who travel with a guardian, do not need to show ID.

Our package bookings

These reservations can be booked with both non-refundable and standard.

In case of illness, accident or bad weather

The cancellation period of 24 hours before arrival ( 15 pm the day before) or non refundable is waived upon presentation of a medical certificate from a doctor or natural disasters that cannot be foreseen. Otherwise, we recommend that you as a guest check with your travel insurance.  If you do not add the Peace-of-Mind Guarantee to your booking, there’s no exceptions to our regular booking conditions.

Peace-of-Mind Guarantee – Cancel in Case of Unexpected Events

Life can take unexpected turns, and we want to give you extra peace of mind when you book your stay with us. With our Peace-of-Mind Guarantee for only 10% extra added to your reservation, you can cancel up until 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and receive a full refund – excluding the cost of the guarantee.

✔ Receive a full refund, excluding the cost of the guarantee

Booked through a third party

These reservations can be booked with both non-refundable and standard.

The cancellation terms that apply are those that you receive from a third party in connection with booking. Cancellations must be made directly to a third party and cannot be made with the hotel.

Special holidays

These reservations can be canceled free of charge with 1 weeks before arrival. Later cancellation will be charged with 50% of the amount. If canceled later than 2 days before arrival, 100% of the amount will be charged.
