Special rules under COVID-19

Bookings made before 1 April 2020 that are non-refundable are approved to move their stay forward in time until the turn of the year 2020/2021.

Otherwise, we follow the current conditions.

Private bookings

Please note that some evenings, the reception closes at 20:00. If you plan to arrive later, please contact us by phone, 0503-120 00. Check-in takes place from 15.00 on the day of arrival and check-out takes place no later than 11.00.

Standard bookings

These reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival at the hotel. If canceled later, the first night will be charged.

Non-refundable

This reservation cannot be canceled or rebooked. 100% of the stay will be charged.

The booking is not confirmed before payment has been made via a link in the booking email to BG 616-6714. Please enter the booking number as a reference when paying via BG.

Booked through a third party

These reservations can be booked with both non-refundable and standard.

The cancellation terms that apply are those that you receive from a third party in connection with booking. Cancellations must be made directly to a third party and cannot be made with the hotel.

Special holidays

These reservations can be canceled free of charge with 2 weeks before arrival. Later cancellation will be charged with 50% of the amount. If canceled later than 2 days before arrival, 100% of the amount will be charged.
