Choose from three unique fishing experiences – suited for solo anglers, couples, or small groups:

Hökensås – A Fly Fishing Paradise

One of Sweden’s top destinations for fly fishing, Hökensås is known for its crystal-clear lakes and well-stocked waters with rainbow trout, char, and brown trout. Fish from shore, wade, or rent a boat. The area features adapted piers and fly-fishing-only zones for a true sport fishing experience.

  • Red lakes: Fly fishing only – fly rod, fly reel, and tied flies. Max 3 flies per rod. No bait or scent-enhanced lures.

  • Yellow lakes: Fly, spin, and bait fishing allowed (with limitations).

  • Orange lake (Sydvattnet): Fly and spin fishing allowed (no bait or scent). Max 3 flies or 1 lure with up to 2 droppers.

Tiveden – Wilderness & Secluded Waters

For a wilder and more peaceful setting, Tiveden’s fishing lakes offer a serene nature escape. Fish in clear, tranquil lakes surrounded by forest, where rainbow and brown trout thrive. Ideal for those who seek solitude and deep connection with nature.

Lake Vättern – Deep Waters, Big Fish

Prefer wide-open waters and the thrill of big catches? Try your luck in Lake Vättern, known for trophy-sized trout and char. Trolling trips can be arranged for those looking for an epic fishing experience in Sweden’s second-largest lake.
